- All cakes require 2 days' advance booking. For urgent orders, please inquire via WhatsApp.
- For customized cakes, please book one week in advance.
- Once the order is confirmed, please complete it within 24 hours. After payment, please provide the complete payment record for confirmation!
- Once payment is made for an order, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. If any changes are needed, please notify us 3 days in advance!
- Please check the cake carefully upon collection. If there are any issues, please raise them immediately for an exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the item has left the premises.

02/ Shipping Methods
1. Kwun Tong MTR Station / Studio pick-up (no additional charge)
Studio address: Room J5, 10/F, Phase 1, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Kwun Tong MTR Station Exit D4)
2. Gogovan, ground floor delivery, shipping fee payable upon delivery (delivery risk borne by recipient)
3. Dedicated delivery personnel for door-to-door delivery, ensuring safe arrival of the cake
Charges are as follows:
Kowloon: $90
Hong Kong Island: $200
New Territories, Sai Kung: $200
Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay: $300
03/ Important Notes
Pickup Arrangements During Inclement Weather
When Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, pickup and delivery services will be suspended. Our staff will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Order cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather will not be accepted.
